COMUNICADO A LA COMUNIDAD ESCOLAR
Cancha de Pasto Sintético y cautelar el buen y criterioso uso de las instalaciones, se deberá adoptar el siguiente procedimiento :
1.- Solicitar al Jefe del Departamento de Educación Física el préstamo de la cancha con anticipación,
señalando el día y hora en que se ocupará.
2.- Inidicar en un listado los nombres de los ocupantes y, quién es el responsable de la actividad.
3.- Respetar hora de inicio y término de la actividad.
4.- Cualquier daño al recinto será de cargo del solicitante, quién deberá asumir el costo de la reparación.
Se recuerda que el recinto es de uso exclusivo y en beneficio de los integrantes de la comunidad escolar.
In order to make good use of the school's playing field and meet the needs of our community, we have devised some regulations on how to use the field so we can have a good management of the premises. Please, make sure you follow the following :
1.- Whenever you need to use the field, ask the Head of the P.E. Department, specifying the day and time. Also, make sure you ask a day in advance.
2.- Provide a list with participants' names and the person responsible for the activity.
3.- Respect times (start and finish) of the event/activity.
4.- Any damage to premises will be the sole responsibility of the person in charge (and all the costs involved too)
Please remember that using the playing field is for the members of our school community only.
